Health Plan

There are two health plans sponsored by United Synagogue of Hoboken for its employees: the Horizon BCBC Omnia Blue Card Plan, which provides medical and hospital insurance, and the Oxford Dental/Vision/Life Plan which provides dental, vision and life insurance. 

IIf you work at least 30 hours per week for USH, and are 21 years of age or older, you are entitled to join one or both of these plans.  You may also insure your spouse or partner, and any of your children aged 26 or younger.
