To order your lulav and etrog for pick up at USH please complete the form below.  ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED before 9am on Sunday October 13th.
You may pick up your set at USH, 115 Park Avenue Hoboken, on Monday October 14th between 2pm - 5pm or by appointment.  To pick up by appointment, email the office at office@hobokensynagogue.org to arrange a convenient time.
